  • Most single-device installs (like a video doorbell or lock) take about 30–60 minutes. Full camera systems or multi-device installations may take 2–4 hours depending on complexity. 

  • Yes, we require an adult (18+) to be present to approve installation locations and provide access to the home.

  • Absolutely. Every installation includes full device configuration, app setup on your phone, and a walkthrough so you know exactly how to use your system.

  • Yes. All installations come with a workmanship warranty, and we provide ongoing technical support. Product warranties depend on the manufacturer.

  • In most cases, yes. We work with major ecosystems like Google Home, Amazon Alexa, Apple HomeKit, and other smart-home platforms. 

  • Most devices require minimal wiring changes. We assess your home’s setup beforehand and ensure everything is installed safely and cleanly. 

  • It depends on the model. Hard-wired cameras require cable runs, while wireless cameras only need a power source. We’ll recommend the best option based on your home and needs. 

  • There are no required monthly fees from us. Some products offer optional cloud storage or subscription features from the manufacturer, depending on the device.

  • Yes. Smart locks use battery power and remain fully functional. You may lose remote control temporarily if Wi-Fi is down, but local keypad/physical access still works.

  • Yes, depending on the building’s rules. Many devices can be installed without permanent modifications. We can also coordinate with landlords if needed.

  • Pricing varies by device and complexity. We offer free (or fixed-price) quotes before any work begins.

  • Make sure your Wi-Fi password is available, any required apps are downloaded, and the installation areas are accessible

  • No! We are a family owned self sufficient company. We are a local business who do it all from quoting to self preformed install. Cradle to crave - we got you covered!

  • Yes! A small travel charge may occur, however, is often waived based on the desired spec.
